Some of these worth a try - I use a lot of the winter one to liven up stews but plenty of others to choose from

What with all the e-numbers, the sriratcha is probably the most commercial thing I've got in the fridge. Only cheddar on toast just doesn't work without it.

It's really good with toast and peanut butter. Oddly enough, no septic can understand that concoction.

Re: Chili sauce
Just watching programmes like 'and now we feast' or hot pepper challenges on youtube show that some white people especially men are not just happy with a kick they want to be stamped in the balls and molested for 30 minutes when it comes to the burn in a sauce or a chilli .
I bet Indians and Mexicans watch these programmes thinking what the fuck dude that is not right.

Re: Chili sauce
Have a bottle of the Encona hot pepper sauce and a bottle of that Sriracha stuff in the desk draw at work. Sriracha nicer but Encona hotter.

They make it a lot easier to eat healthy lunches as you can give them a right kick.

Re: Chili sauce
I love my hot sauces.

Have to agree with a few others though. Encona is phenomenal. Can have it on anything.

Special mention taste wise for Franks Red Hot Sauce. Although, it's not really hot at all.

I hate tabasco..... absolute bland... my mate grows his own Chilli's and does a lovely sauce that he brings to BBQ's.... said he should go into business....

Re: Chili sauce
There was a little bivouac food shop near the Thai border, Pedang Basar. Old Indian lxdy cooking some of the best curried chicken I have ever eaten. The project was 250 Kilometers and that was the North end of it. I lived in the middle in Butterwoth so I would find some excuses/issues to go up to at least twice week call up and order the food on the way. Take aways as well
